Each week, every owner will submit to the Commissioner his starting lineup. This may be done via e-mail or a phone call. The starting lineup must reach the Commissioner before midnight of the day of the first game of the NFL schedule for that week. If no lineup is received by this deadline, the previous week's lineup will automatically be used. There will be no exceptions to this rule. These are the starting lineup requirements:

QB: 1

RB: 2

WR/TE (any combination): 3

PK: 1

DE/ST: 1
