Although the MWAC Rules try to cover as many events as possible, invariably there are unique situations which occur every year that are not detailed in the rules. In this event, the Commissioner is the final arbiter. He may solicit opinions if he feels it necessary, but the final decision is his alone. In the event that the Commissioner's team is involved in the dispute, all ex-commissioners will render a decision via majority rule.
