Nerdworld offers everything a biologist could ask for. Click on the sciences category on their homepage and you will be given a list of areas. choose biology and you will be given specific biological areas (microbiology, botany, etc.) Then choose whatever site/page you want from a Large variety.

Great site for you cell biologist. You can actually "dissect" a cell and see its different features here! One of my favorite sites for sure.
The MIT Biology Hypertextbook:
Look up virtually anything you need to know about cell biology, virology, immunology, and general biology. Also, you can test your knowledge by taking one of their available quizzes.
You thought you knew everything there is to know about frogs......Then you visit this site! Dissect a frog, or test your frog knowledge with their virtual "frog builder"!
The Big Picture Book of Viruses:
Loads of virus images and info on the family characteristics. Microbiologists won't want to pass up this page.
The Japanese Journal of Parasitology:
Worms! What more could anyone ask for. Here you can choose from a variety of their journals, from the newest to a few months back. Lots of cool stuff on parasitology and some good images of worms.
Agaricales of the Hawaiian Islands:
A cool page that describes Agarics (mushrooms) found on the Hawaiian Islands. Can access photos, and information on these mushrooms, some of which are edible, others poisonous.
