This
was the beginning

Got
a california frame, blasted it veri-primed and eastwood chassis black. agr 12 to
1 steering box and all new suspension components. Also dabbling in
electro-plating (zinc & zinc chromate), comes in handy.

More
progress photos of Metco control arms and QA1 adjustable shocks. Went with all
stainless pre bent brake lines and a 1/2" stainless prebent fuel line.
Rearend is a Moser drop in housing with Moser axles.

Ahh,
the heads. Originally I was going to use my #16 heads but decided to build a
pump gas engine instead, so along came the 87cc E-heads which became 90cc after
chamber massage. I spent alot of time on the pockets and short turns being
cautious not to alter port shapes since they were not flowed. Next I honed the
guides to size and gave the seats a four angle cut with our Serdi 4.0 (very nice
machine) I then port matched my RPM manifold to the heads. The chambers, intake
ports and pockets required alot of massaging. Valves are Ferrea 6000 series 2.11
intake and 1.700 exhaust, which I custom cut. These were bare heads.

a
hipsters (atd) 700r4 automatic w/3000 stall. engine is a 406 with trw 2279
forged pistons, cat h-beam rods, milodon gear drive edelbrock 87cc heads and
Meziere water pump.

This
is a holley 850 that I picked rebuilt and replated. Not quite factory but
interesting anyway. The brake booster turned out pretty good though.
