Returns - We are confident that you will be satisfied with your new name brand eyewear. However, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, simply return them to Theyedoctor.com within 15 days of receiving them for a full refund* less shipping costs and an administrative fee**.

Warrantee - We honor all manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects on frames and lenses for a period of one year. Nominal shipping and handling charges apply to warrantee replacements.

Exchanges - You may also exchange eyewear for eyewear of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of receiving them**. If you wish to exchange an item, you have 30 days to return it to Theyedoctor.com. If the exchange is for a new pair with a different value, the difference will be charged to you. There will not be an administrative fee assessed for exchanges. You must pay all shipping charges for the exchange. Limit of one exchange per order.

For both returns and exchanges, it is essential that you send the product back with its original packaging. The wrapping, case, any manuals and blank warranty cards must be included.

*Eyewear can not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment back to theyedoctor.com. Shipping charges for returns to theyedoctor.com are your responsibility.
**Returns are subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the original item cost.
